			<li>Procurement Process. Upon approval, the requested items or services are purchased under the direction of the ADFO using the College procurement card. Receipts and purchase documentation are retained for record-keeping. </li>
			<li>Timeframe for Fund Usage. The professional development funds must be used within one year of the official retirement date. </li>
