            &amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Achievement of a high level of impact (social, economic, political, legal, environmental) outside the academic community;&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

    &amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Emeriti faculty are encouraged to continue their association with the College of Nursing as appropriate through activities such as continued scholarly writing, research, or mentoring, although such activities are not required.  &amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
