McGoogan Library recognizes the importance of campus and student association events and is a partner in creating and sponsoring several UNMC events. The library offers limited physical space for event promotion and does not offer any digital promotion services.
Printed 8.5” x 11” flyers promoting upcoming UNMC events may be placed on library open-study area tables. All fliers must have an event date. Fliers may not be taped on or otherwise attached to any library walls or whiteboards. Fliers may not be placed in study rooms, classrooms, conference rooms, or in partner spaces such as the Writing Center, E-Learning, or Faculty Commons. Fliers will be removed on the event date. For questions about including physical materials in the Inclusion Corner spaces, please contact the Office of Inclusion.
Digital kiosks in the library host promotional content streams that are managed by the UNMC Department of Strategic Communications. The library will not post any additional digital promotion materials.
Units in the library or units who have library partnerships may coordinate with the library to promote events and offer directional guidance on the day of events.
For questions relating to the promotion, please contact the library’s AskUs staff.
