Purpose

Policy

For patient-sensitive data, only use UNMC-approved cloud storage solutions (Microsoft Office 365 and Enterprise Box).
  • The CON Instructional Technologist team creates the LSM sites for each course offered each semester following the guidance in the example template on Canvas.
  • Course coordinators update the site with the current semester's information, resources, assignments, etc.
  • Syllabi are loaded into the site by the office associate ort course coordinator. Course coordinators are responsible for loading the division-specific addendum if applicable.
