Policy:

  1. Undergraduate student appeals shall be carried out according to procedures delineated in “Guidelines for Handling Student Appeals of Academic Evaluations" (Appendix N). In conformity with the Bylaws of the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska (Revised January 23, 2009), Paragraph 5.3, a student shall have the opportunity to appeal any evaluation of academic performance which s/he feels has been prejudiced or capricious.
