GENERAL

The College of Nursing Supplemental Compensation Plan is adopted pursuant to the Board of Regents Policy Authorizing the Establishment of Supplemental Compensation Plans (appended). The definitions, guidelines and requirements stated in the Regents' policy apply to this plan.
