CON Undergraduate Faculty Team Member Role Description: Difference between revisions

<p style="max-width:70em !important; margin-bottom:15px;">Each undergraduate team member communicates in a manner that will facilitate information exchanges and promote a positive working environment within the course. S/he provides information regarding the curriculum, teaching and student issues to the undergraduate course coordinator. The team member refers to course coordinator any information or question to which s/he does not have direct responsibility. The team member communicates regarding student’s progress in a clinical course to the course coordinator, semester coordinator and other administrators as needed. S/he attends undergraduate semester or course meetings when planned.</p>

<p style="max-width:70em !important; margin-bottom:15px;">The undergraduate team member works actively with the course members and course coordinator in the development, implementation and evaluation of all assessments in the course. For clinical courses s/he evaluates and documents student’s clinical performance in a timely manner and works with the course coordinator in developing plans for improvement if warranted.</p>

<p style="max-width:70em !important; margin-bottom:15px;">The undergraduate team member works with the course coordinator to identify necessary resources to effectively implement the course curriculum. S/he is responsible for learning and using the current resources, including technology, available on each respective campus to promote student achievement of course outcomes.</p>
