- General Information
- Syllabus, Addendum, and Schedules are to be in MS Word or PDF format
- If more than one schedule is needed, label appropriately (e.g. Class Schedule, Clinical Schedule)
- Weekly activities (e.g. Week 1, Week 2, etc.) may contain documents in various formats
- Example Template on Blackboard
