Mailing Procedures and Times The supplies for mailing all internal university correspondence and for mailing all U.S. Postal letters are located on the first floor in the copy room- #107. There you will find various kinds and sizes of envelopes, various mailing labels and the basket for ALL outgoing mail (university or U.S. Postal). There is no stamping or metering of the postage. There are UNL & UNMC phone directories in this room so that you can get the address and zip of where the letter is being sent. NO PERSONAL MAIL. There are mail boxes in the bank for personal mail. If you have a package, get it addressed and then talk to the Receptionist about sending instructions.
