Library: Acceptable Use of Electronic Resources

The McGoogan Health Sciences Library licenses electronic resources (e.g. journals, databases, ebooks) for the University of Nebraska Medical Center community. In general, these licenses allow students, staff, and faculty to access these resources for non-commercial, educational, scholarly and research purposes. Each user is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of these legally binding contracts and the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17 U.S. Code). Not abiding by terms and conditions can result in the loss of access to a resource for all of UNMC. The person using copyrighted material is liable for any infringement.
