<p style="margin-bottom:15px;max-width:70em !important;">A review of the appointment will be conducted every three (3) years (more often if circumstances warrant) by the Division Assistant Dean, program director, specialty coordinator (with recommendations from the team), or faculty who supervise students using the “ Volunteer Faculty Review” form. The review includes verification of licensure, current employment, and faculty recommendation of continuing appointment. The completed review is sent to the Dean’s office for filing.</p>
