    <li>The CON Instructional Technologist team will create Canvas sites for each course offered each semester following the guidance in the [https://unmc.instructure.com/courses/479 Example Template on Canvas]. </li>

    <li>Faculty will update the site with the current semester’s information, resources, assignments, etc. </li>
<li>Syllabus, Addendum, and Schedules are to be in MS Word or PDF format</li>
    <li>Syllabi and addenda (policy and/or division specific) are loaded into the site by the office associate. </li>
<li>If more than one schedule is needed, label appropriately (e.g. Class Schedule, Clinical Schedule)</li>
    <li>Faculty open the site for student viewing no later than one week (7 days) prior to the beginning of the semester.</li>
