CON Supplemental Compensation Plan: Difference between revisions

<p style="margin-bottom:15px;"><strong>3.1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Base University Salary.</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;The term base University salary shall mean the regular salary and benefits paid by the University to a member of the College academic staff on an all-year appointment or on an academic-year appointment as provided in section 3.3.1 of the [http://nebraska.edu/docs/board/bylaws.pdf Bylaws of the Board of Regents].</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:15px;"><strong>3.2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Eligible Academic Staff Memeber.</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;The term eligible academic staff member shall mean any member of the College academic staff as defined in Section 3.1.1.1 of the [http://nebraska.edu/docs/board/bylaws.pdf Bylaws of the Board of Regents], (a) who holds an appointment of at least one-half full-time equivalent (.5 FTE) within the College and the academic rank of instructor or above, and (b) who is a principal or co-principal investigator or co-investigator or project or co-project director on a funded research grant or contract,  or who has a practice contract.</p>

<p style="margin-bottom:15px;"><strong>3.3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participating Staff Member.</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;The term participating staff member shall mean any eligible academic staff member participating in this supplemental compensation plan.</p>
