Use Appendix A2’s listing of accomplishments as guides that represent the level of achievement. Not all accomplishments are required but the application for Clinical Assistant and Associate Rank must demonstrate a sustained record of excellence and for Professor there must be national recognition and outstanding achievements.</p>
