1.1 - Welcome letter from Dean		Dean's letter not a policy or procedure. Legacy from when policies and procedures were assembled as a resource manual that contained introduction pages.
1.2 - College of Nursing and Parent Institution Policies		Not a policy or procedure. Legacy from when policies and procedures were assembled as a resource manual that contained introduction pages.
3.2.7 - Department Chairs		Deleted April 2015. Departments were eliminated as were the need for chairs.
4.1.7 - Professional Graduate Nursing Program Admission, Progression, Graduate and Scholarship Committee Rules of the Faculty Organization		The responsible reviewing agencies voted to approve merging the Academic and Curriculum Graduate Committees into one Professional Graduate Nursing Affairs Committee. Policy 4.1.7 has been deleted to reflect that the PGNPA is no longer a committee. The number 4.1.7 has been assigned to another policy.
4.4.7 - Procedures for Appointment as Graduate Faculty		Deleted December 2024. This policy repeats the NU Graduate College's criteria and processes and added additional steps not required or recognized by the NU Graduate College as relevant criteria for the status.
4.4.11 - Appointment as Graduate Faculty Associate		Deleted December 2024. This policy repeats the NU Graduate College's criteria and processes and added additional steps not required or recognized by the NU Graduate College as relevant criteria for the status.
Appendix B - Annual Faculty Activity Review		Deleted in June 2024. The few policy statements were moved to 4.2.7 and the printable form was linked from the policy header.
Appendix K - Undergraduate Disciplinary Action Committee* Procedural Flow Sheet		Repealed in April 2020. Appendix letter was reassigned to another procedure.
Appendix M - Request for Waiver of Faculty Immunizations or CPR Requirements		Request for Waiver of Faculty Immunizations or CPR Requirements was converted to a downloadable Word document in 4.2.12 Faculty Immunizations and CPR.
Appendix P - UNMC CON IP Video Procedures		IP Video is no longer used for classes. Procedure for IP video has been deleted.
Appendix W2 - Professional Graduate Nursing Program Grievance Procedure		Grievance procedure was incorporated into Appendix C2 for all students.
