In addition, the semester coordinator may be asked to provide input into team members’ ongoing development and semester success. This responsibility is an opportunity for professional growth and development of leadership skills, and should be rotated among faculty with previous experience teaching in the courses within that semester. The semester coordinator reports to the assistant deans on the respective campuses, the undergraduate program director, and other administrators as needed.</p>

The individual leads the team that instructs in didactic and clinical settings for the RN to BSN students.</p>
