CON Undergraduate Semester Coordinator Role Description: Difference between revisions

<p style="max-width:70em !important; margin-bottom:15px;">S/he is responsible to work closely with course coordinators as needed to provide smooth implementation of the courses within the semester. Toward that end, activities may include providing for the students a list of all faculty assigned to the semester with contact information, preparation of a schedule of examinations and major assignments across the semester. The Semester I coordinator may be involved in development of curricular orientation materials for incoming BSN students. S/he serves as a resource to course faculty in preparation of teaching materials, examination items and methods, and teaching strategies. S/he works with the course coordinator to assure a coordinated student schedule and efficient utilization of resources (classrooms, lab, clinical sites, etc.). S/he collaborates with the other campus semester coordinators to ensure continuity, sequencing, and integration across the curriculum.</p>
