UNMC shall provide individuals with the right of access to inspect and obtain a copy of protected health information contained in the designated record set(DRS).
UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center, UMA, and UDA are one affiliated covered entity (ACE) for purposes of HIPAA and may share PHI with one another. Access and amendment rights apply to designated record sets throughout the ACE.
