An agenda is set with input from all undergraduate course campus coordinators. All coordinators are able to discuss any issues/concerns as well positive teaching strategies with the group. In addition, the generic syllabus must be reviewed and changes made as needed to that syllabus. All revisions to the generic syllabus as well as to the course are discussed openly and the group agrees on any changes. The generic syllabus must be submitted to the office associate of the undergraduate program director one week prior to the start of the term.</p>

    <li>Facilitates discussion among the group pertaining to revisions to the generic syllabus as well as to the course are discussed openly and the group votes, with majority ruling, on any proposed changes.</li>
    <li>Submits the generic syllabus to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner and assures that the updated generic syllabus is completed by the set deadline.</li>
    <li>Discusses basic course outcomes data with the group to include course pass rates and student success on signature assignments.</li>
    <li>Manages course exam test banks and facilitates this process with a subgroup of faculty assigned to this course.</li>
