==Outstanding Performance Stipends==
The Outstanding Performance Stipend is intended to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance with discretionary cash rewards. The program is funded through a set aside of 0.25% of the annual salary increase pool. The maximum amount any individual may receive is $1,250; awards may be given from August 1 through April 30 in a fiscal year, in recognition of sustained performance exceeding expectations.
