An agenda is set with input from all undergraduate course campus coordinators. All coordinators are able to discuss any issues/concerns as well positive teaching strategies with the group. In addition, the generic syllabus must be reviewed and changes made as needed to that syllabus. All revisions to the generic syllabus as well as to the course are discussed openly and the group agrees on any changes.
